I had a good experience at James Royce. I really like that he had his whole collection on line and it was quick and easy to flip thru the photo and then Jimmy, the owner, would pull out the rug to see and feel it. He's quite knowledgeable about carpets and has a good eye. He looked at the my photos of the my room and come up with some really good choices. I was on a tight budget and he was able to show me rugs in my budget and also rugs that were a bit pricier that worked well. I now have one fine rug I got from James Royce in my dinning room.
