James Royce is proud of our personalized white-glove customer service. We will do all we can to accommodate your specific scheduling needs for viewing rugs and for delivering your purchase.
We also deliver rugs to view at your home or office; however, due to the time and expense involved, there is a non-refundable charge of $350 for each delivery which is payable in advance. (This amount may vary depending on the delivery location.)
This charge will be applied toward any purchase made at the time of your viewing. Please also note that rugs requested for viewing may not be kept overnight.
We ship domestically within 3-5 business days.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchange only. 70% restocking fee.
We sell hand knotted rugs in a variety of styles including but not limited to Modern, Moroccan, Contemporary, Overdyed and Vintage, Traditional and Transitional, Antique and Collectible, and Kilim and Flatweave.
Custom rugs take a minimum of 4-6 months. The larger and more complex the rug, the longer the order will take.
